SHIPPING

Items will be sent either via UPS or Fedex ground services or Canada Post.

Alora Ambiance products cannot be sent via the postal service or airmail due to restrictions of mailing liquids and/or matches and therefore must be shipped via ground service.

RETURN POLICY

All items must be returned unused or unopened and in their original packaging within 15 days with original receipt. We are not responsible for return shipping fees back to us.

If you need to return merchandise, please call us at 403.244.0455 or email us at hello@glindagirls.com explaining what items you would like to return at which time you will receive a Return Authorization Number. You may then send us the unopened and unused merchandise along with your Return Authorization Number and original receipt. Once we receive the returned merchandise, a refund will be credited to the original pay method. Please do not use Canada Post, US Mail or any other air mail postal service to return ALORA AMBIANCE products, postal services will not ship hazardous materials and they must be shipped via ground and not via air mail.

Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend FedEx or USPS). Please insure the item for its full value. Please be sure to retain all postal and insurance receipts -- this will protect you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. All returns must be pre-paid; sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

We are not responsible for any lost or damage items during transit without purchase insurance.

Fragrances: Sorry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any fragrances, due to possible product tampering conditions that may occur. This policy helps us maintain strict quality control guidelines, and ensures that every fragrance shipped is in 100% original condition.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and may be charged when your package reaches its destination. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.

6% GST applies to all Canadian orders.
