We find a young Michelle, only fifteen concocting humble mixtures of Vaseline, coloring, and flavor, working long into the night, searching for the perfect mixture that will satiate her desire for the perfect balm. After years of work, she finally creates it. Cupcake Plump Balm is born. In 2006, she decided to bring a few of her balm-addicted friends into the mix and start selling the balms to chic boutiques and delectable dessert shops. Today these sweet & girly balms are available at more than 50 retail locations and the list of sumptuous shops continues to climb.Cupcake Plump Balms quality grew greater as Michelle grew older, but hints of our fifteen year old mix master can still be found.
