One week ago, if you were to tell me that I'd get butter sauce out of my 5-year-old's cashmere sweater, I would have said "I'd like to see that". Well, you did it. Not only had the stain been set (or what I thought was set) by a previous attempt to remove it, but it had been set for over a week.
